DSPCA Visit to Our School
We were delighted to welcome a representative from the Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) to our school today. The visit gave the children a valuable opportunity to learn about animal welfare and the importance of treating all animals with kindness and respect.
During the talk, pupils learned about the incredible work the DSPCA carries out — rescuing animals in need, providing shelter and medical care, and helping to rehome pets who are looking for a second chance. He also shared useful advice on how we can all play our part in ensuring animals are well cared for in our homes and communities.
A highlight of the visit was meeting Fifi who was an instant hit with everyone!
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the DSPCA for taking the time to visit our school and for delivering such an engaging and educational session. It was a wonderful experience for all involved.
