Today our school had a very tasty celebration — International Food Day! Each class got to explore and enjoy delicious dishes from Spain, Mexico, France, and Germany, and what a fantastic experience it was!
The hall was filled with wonderful smells and lots of excitement as everyone tried foods from around the world. The children had great fun learning where the dishes came from and even practising how to say “thank you” in each language.
A huge thank you to Ms. Doyle and Lauren for organising such a brilliant day. They worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone got to taste something new and delicious.
The classes all agreed — it was one of the best days of the year! We can’t wait to see which countries we’ll explore (and taste!) next time.
